Consent from Users

Prestige International Recruitment in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation that consider to consent like “any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.” We will keep records of the consents that you have given us.

Personal data should be submitted a voluntary by the User by means of Application form or on the website shall be used to aid the recruitment process and to represent the User before prospective Employers/Clients. Website owner is entitled to process the following basic type of personal data submitted by the User: name and surname, e-mail address or any information provided on the application form, included in the CV, for example education details, employment history, age/date of birth.

If we received your personal data from as a referee, we may sometimes use your details to contact you in relation to recruitment activities that we think may be of interest to you. We may use your personal data for these purposes if we deem this to be necessary for our recruitment process and we inform you about it. Purpose of processing of personal data

The Candidate who would like to submit the application via the Application form/Applying by announcement placed on Site or send it to the following email address: prestige@prestige-clinicaltrials.com should accepted our Private Policy, agrees that the data to be used for the following purposes:

  1. Using them for the current and future recruitment processes conducted by Prestige International Recruitment;
  2. Sharing them to potential employers to increase your chances of securing the job Users want.
  3. Entering them in the Prestige International Recruitment candidate database in accordance with candidate consent, so that we can contact you in relation to recruitment.
  4. Conducting the employee recruitment provided to employers/Prestige International Recruitment Clients.

Access to your personal data

Users of this website have, at any time, the right to get access to their personal data, as well as correct or delete them. If  Users decided withdraw this consent (because the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which we originally collected and/or processed them) at any time, we will cease to carry out the particular activity that you previously consented. Users have the right to request that we rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data that we hold. It is important that the personal information we hold about Users is true, up to date, and complete in all respects. Please keep us informed if personal information changes during the period for which we hold your data.

How long is personal data retained?

Prestige International Recruitment will delete your personal data from our data base if we have not had any contact with you for two years. After this period your data will no longer be relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. Except in the case If you once again send us updated CV.

Where we can share your personal data? How we do this?

In order to provide you the best possible service and to carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, your data may be transferred:

– to third parties, such as our Clients who seek candidates;

– to overseas Clients who seek candidates;

– to Clients within your country who may, in turn, transfer your data internationally.

We want to make sure that all your personal data are safe and transfer provides adequate safeguards in relation to your data and where it is compliant with data protection legislation. Prestige International Recruitment work with Client in the UE and also outside in the UE (for example the UK, the US, Russia, Ukraine) and all the time, before we will transfer your data, we need to have from you consented to the data transfer. Any such transfer shall be made under agreement that it is necessary for the performance of a contract between Prestige International Recruitment and Client and the transfer is in your interests for the purposes of that contract. We ensure that all of our clients have a regional offices registered in European Union statutory, so meaning that also they adjusted to the General Data Protection Regulation.
